ACD Communication Solutions was established in 2002 as a service and repair centre for Headsets & Call Centre Equipment. We were originally established for the Cape Town market and in April 2003 we also opened a branch in Gauteng, South Africa.

3. A unique ID tagging system with a headset management database at a nominal fee depending on the size of the call centre.
